accommodation

proud to support the local businesses, produce and people of rulewater and beyond - give them a share!

Here in Rulewater there are some diverse and unique accommodation experiences to help you enjoy that unforgettable stay in the Scottish Borders.  Why not book a different location each night as you travel around the Rule Valley?

Rulewater lends itself perfectly to getting away from it all, it can offer total relaxation, ideal for a weekend break away from the stresses of the working week.  Inspiration abounds round every corner and a spot of fairy tale sparkle in every wooded glade, perfect for writers, artists and photography.  Bring your bike, the rural roads can be challenging with their hill work, but the views are worth it! Accommodation like The Auld Cross Keys Inn offer secure cycle storage.  The Rule valley is close to golf courses situated at Jedburgh and Minto.

Families can enjoy some good old fashioned country escapism, splashing in streams and rivers, going on walks, camping in the wilderness, and there are also activities like Dry Grass Sledging, a Soft Play centre, historic sites, a distillery, and a cinema a short drive away over yonder to places beyond the Rule.
